  • We've designed a collaborative, four-step process to transform your vision into reality with clarity and ease.

    1. The Introductory Call

    We begin with a complimentary 20-minute conversation about your vision, date, venue, and budget range. This helps us determine if we're the perfect fit to bring your storybook ambiance to life.

    2. The Design Session

    If we decide to work together, we'll book a paid design session (the fee is applied to your final rental). Here, we dive deep into your aesthetic, finalize the budget, curate wax palettes and vessels, and sketch layouts. This session ensures every detail is considered before your proposal is crafted.

    3. The Proposal & Booking

    You'll receive a detailed, custom proposal based on our session. To secure your date and collection, a signed contract and a deposit are required.

    4. The Exchange & Enjoyment

    We coordinate a seamless pickup the day before your event. A detailed styling and safety guide is included so you can recreate our vision with confidence. Enjoy the glow—there's no need to return anything until the day after your celebration. For a completely hands-free experience, add our full-service delivery, setup, and pickup.

  • Absolutely. Creating a worry-free, magical ambiance is our priority. Our pearled wax is a purified, plant-based blend that burns cleanly with minimal soot or smoke and is free from common allergens and paraffin.
    The wax is also inherently safer: if tipped, the granular structure helps smother the flame, and the candles are self-extinguishing. Each one provides a long, reliable burn, ensuring they glow beautifully throughout your entire event without needing replacement. We also provide detailed guidance on safe placement to give you complete peace of mind.

We've curated our inaugural collections into evocative palettes like the deep drama of Noir, the soft glow of Ethereal, the warm earthiness of Earth & Ember, the romantic blush of Romance, the mystical hues of Enchanted, the tranquil shades of Serenity, the forest tones of Woodland, and the joyful vibrancy of Harvest & Celebration.

  • The beauty of this wax is its versatility! It pairs wonderfully with almost any vessel that speaks to your theme—from vintage brass and cut crystal to modern concrete and, yes, even treated wood. The only requirement is that the vessel has a minimum diameter and height of about 4 inches to ensure a beautiful, safe burn pool. During our consultation, we’ll help you select or source the perfect vessels to complete your look. For smaller accents, we can discuss tea-light or votive options.

  • We can absolutely create that ethereal effect! Our white pearled wax floats beautifully. For the best and safest result, we create floating candlescapes within contained vessels—like vases or bowls—where the wax forms a gorgeous, cohesive layer on the water's surface, ensuring a long, steady burn.
